1 small or medium cabbage
1/2 bunch of the chives, used only the long leaf
1/2-1 lb of ground chicken or turkey, marinade with 2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of wonton soup base mix.
2 pieces of dried da wang flower, soaked with water for overnight or soaked for 2 hours and boil until soft.
6-8 cups of water, add 2 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of wonton soup base mix, adjust to your liking.
2 red thai chili, optional
Serve with steamed rice
